It has been about a month since the last post. And the league what I mentioned in the last post is already finished. A month.. it may be not so long time, but it can be possible to occur lots of accident during a month.
I have a bit of a fan spilit to K University crew. (Stork and JD are together in one crew.. wow..) Their first game in the league had impressive scene of protoss player. The play remained me of the play of Best(Do Jae-wook) or PuSan. While the spectacular moment of terran is lines of siege tanks, that of protoss is rush of endless zealots.
The leftmost member is above player, Anbu.. And the most right member is Stork.. It can be confirmed that the camera in player seat and camera for internet broadcasting is quite different.
And the last game of second match showed very biased replay. (It is natural in crew’s relay show biased manner.) Most of all, the name of players.. is written their original BJ’s name.
They advanced to the quarterfinals with 2W 0L. They took the commemorative photo. But they were defeated in quarterfinals unexpectedly.
Because they are famous influencers and experienced internet BJs, the content without starcraft game are also fun. I think this crew, JSA(Josae Starcraft Academy) shows crazy and the that moment is fun. The above is relatively calm moment. When they are excited, the members can’t be distinguished in the captured image.
They were cheer on other crew’s match. The result of this match was so dramatic. The red player showed disappointing performance in 6th game and be a 7th game’s player by random choice. And she performed wonderful in the last game even they couldn’t advance to quarterfinals.
I enjoyed the league until the quarterfinals. But there were some issues in the league. The problem changed advancing team. I think the rules of starcraft crew league is not solid. The league is not so systematic, it looks like neighborhood play sometimes.
Anyway, the final match of the league was held. The host of the league, the leader of the crew with the highest chance of winning, and ex-starcraft progamer Lee Ye-jun showed himself as a player. He is one of most famous internet BJ in the Afreeca TV. I think the reason he opened the league as host, not for the money, but he want to perform as starcraft player, and win the league.
As a result, he failed to win the game and his crew lost the match unexpectedly. (Many people expected his crew will win.) The league had many stories but I lost interest at some point. I think I like the league with solid rule and no exception, such as SSL(Soop Star League).

At August 28th, new individual star league opens. The quality of relay team is rising up.
And the official league of Afreeca TV have on-site presenter. (It is no need to say that she is very famous.)
And the league is officially supported by Afreeca TV, so the gem expectation is held from the beginning of the league. I expect Rain to advance to round of 16, but I can’t expect he will be 1st place or 2nd place. So I choose both of 1st and 2nd. (So I can’t get both of the bet.)
Fortunately, Rain advanced to Ro16 and Barracks show wonderful performance. If I expect the Rain only for the 1st place in Ro24, I can’t get gem points.
